Marco Rivera received his title of Electronic Civil Engineer along with his Master of Science in Engineering with Specialization in Electrical Engineering from the University of Concepcion, Chile 2007-2008, respectively. He obtained his Doctorates degree in Electronic Engineering in the Department of Electronic Engineering of the Technical University Federico Santa María, in Valparaiso, Chile, in 2011 thanks to the scholarship of the Chilean Fund of Investigation CONICYT. During the years 2011 and 2012, he worked full time as postdoctoral researcher and part-time professor at the Department of Electronic Engineering of the Technical University Federico Santa Maria, in Valparaiso, Chile. His research interests include matrix converters, predictive control and digital control for high-power converter, four-legged converters and the development of control platforms on high-yield based on Programmable Logical Arrangements (FPGA). At the moment he is an Associate Professor at the Department of Electric Engineering of the University of Talca, Curico, Chile. In the year 2013 the Prof. Rivera was awarded with the Prize” Doctoral Thesis of the Chilean Academy of Sciences 2012” , granted to the best doctoral thesis developed in 2011 for national students and foreigners in any program of exact or natural sciences that are member of the Chilean Academy of Sciences, Chile.
In 2015, Prof. Rivera was awarded with the prize AIE IEEE Excellent Professor 2015, granted by the Association of the Electric and Electronic Industry and the International Institute of Electric and Electronic Engineers–Section Chile.
He is currently the professor with more publications of the University of Talca.

Jose A. Riveros received the B.Sc. degree from de Universidad Nacional de Asuncion, Paraguay, in 2007; the M.Sc. and the Ph.D. in the Department of Electronics Engineering of the Universidad de Sevilla, España, in 2010 and 2013, respectively with the ItaipuBinacional Scholarship. Since, 2013, has been an associate professor and researcher of the “Cluster de InvestigaciónAplicada” of the Universidad Nacional de Asuncion, Paraguay. He is a recipient of Postdoctoral Scholarship from the Chilean Research Fund CONICYT 2017 in the Department of Electrical Engineering of the Universidad de Talca, Curicó, Chile. His research interests include modulation and control of variable-speed drives and renewable energy technologies.

Yamisleydi Salgueiro-Sicilia was born in Las Tunas, Cuba. She received the B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the Universidad de Oriente, Cuba in 2006; the M.Sc. in Applied Informatics from the Universidad de Camaguey in 2011; and the PhD from Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de las Villas, Cuba in 2017. Her primary research areas are Artificial Intelligence and Multi-objective Optimization techniques applied to power electronics and microgrids.

His main interests are Power electronics, distributed generation systems and renewable energy.
Sergio Toledo born in Luque, Paraguay on January 12th of 1985. Received the B.Eng. degree in Electronic Engineering from the Engineering Faculty of the Universidad Nacional de Asunción, Paraguay, in 2011 and the M.Sc. degree from
Centro de InvestigaciónCientífica y Educación Superior de Ensenada, México, in 2014. His main interests are power electronics, control systems and distributed generation systems.
Alejandro Olloqui Muñoz received the B.Sc, and the M.Sc degree from Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico in 2008 and 2011 respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico. His main interests are power electronics, and wind energy generation systems

Graduated in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering at Universidad de Oriente, he started working as a professor and network manager at the University of Las Tunas in September 2011. He has taught different subjects in the fields of computer networks, operating systems and computer architecture. He successfully completes his Master’s Degree in Applied Computing awarded by the University of Las Tunas in 2015. He receives the Diploma from the Advanced Course in Computer Networks Engineering and Management in Mohali, India. Diego Daniel Rojas Ozuna received his bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering from the National University of Asunción, Faculty of Engineering, Paraguay in 2019.
During 2017 to 2019, I work as a junior researcher in the area of power electronics, in the
Laboratory of Power and Control System (LSPyC) dependent on the Faculty of Engineering (FIUNA),
His research interests include power converters; in particular the matrix converter,
predictive and digital control for high power systems, with application to renewable energy sources.
In 2019, Diego Rojas received the recognition of the best research work with oral defense in
the Energy area, presented at the XXVII Conference of Young Researchers of the Association of
Grupo Montevideo Universities – AUGM – Brazil, the work that received this recognition is the
called “Design and Implementation of a Predictive Voltage Control Scheme Applied to a
Direct Matrix Converter ”.
In 2020 he was professor in charge of the Electromagnetism 1 subject of the Electronic degree, and professor
Assistant of the subject Electromagnetism in the Mechatronics career, thus fulfilling one of
its outlined objectives which is university education.
Currently, he works as a PhD student in Engineering System, in the
prestigious University of Talca – Chile, where his line of work is articulated to the conversion of
energy, seeking to apply advanced control techniques to power converters, for application in
generation of electrical energy from renewable energy sources.
Alejandra was born in Curicó, Chile, in 1984. She studied at the Santo Tomás Professional Institute in Curico, obtaining the title of Execution Engineer in Administration in 2017.
She has specialized in the areas of Management Control, Strategic Planning and modules FI – MM – HCM of SAP – Utalca.

Stefanny Karina Córdova Rangel was born in Tlalnepantla, Mexico on August 16, 1989. She received an Oceanographer degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, Mexico, in 2007 and a Master of Science degree in Aquaculture from the Center for Scientific Research and Higher Education of Ensenada, Mexico, in 2015. Its main interests are marine ecological ordering, environmental policies, aquaculture and genetics.
Cristina Bou was born in Valencia, Spain, in 1981. She graduated in Tourism from the University of Valencia, has a postgraduate degree in Hotel Management from CDT Valencia. In 2015 he obtained the C2 Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge. His areas of interest are team management, marketing and sales management and translation.
Verónica Gamboa was born in Curicó in 1994. She began her undergraduate studies in 2013, graduating from the Civil Industrial Engineering career in 2019. The same year she began her working life in the project area, under the wing of her own house of studies, the University of Talca.

My name is Juan González, I was born in Curicó on November 26, 1994, I am currently pursuing a career in Civil Engineering in mechatronics with the latest modules and memory, in parallel working in the wine industry. My biggest passion is cars.

Sebastián Rojas Hernández was born on February 26, 1991 in the municipality of Molina. He finished his secondary education at the San José Polytechnic School, Curicó, where he obtained the technical degree in electronics (2009), later graduation from the University of Talca. the degree of Mechatronics Engineer (2015) and since that time he has been dedicated to developing electronic-mechanical projects.
