From Tuesday 09 to Tuesday 16 October, Prof. Dr. Marco Rivera carried out activities to strengthen the human capital of FIUNA within the framework of the postgraduate program 14-POS-031 and the research project 14-INV-097, both financed by the National Council of Science and Technology CONACYT within the framework of the PROCIENCIA program, carried out in the Power and Control Systems Laboratory (LSPyC), under the FIUNA Research Directorate.
Activity summary
- Strengthening of the inter-institutional network between the UNA and the University of Talca, in accordance with the strategic axes established in the collaboration agreement signed between both institutions, in 2013.
- Development of collaborative works within the framework of project 14-INV-097 entitled “Development and implementation of new converter topologies for grid interconnection of generation systems based on renewable energies”. Project in closing stage according to contract CONACYT – FIUNA.
- Extraction and validation of experimental results on the platform designed and implemented in the LSPyC, in order to achieve the widest and adequate dissemination of the results of the project in refereed and indexed journals with a high impact factor and to the institutions of the national electricity sector.
